All the experiences listed on our site have a validity of 12 months from the moment of purchase. We have the highest availability of voucher redeem period in the market and we are proud of this. If our suppliers are having trouble delivering the service, we will do our best to offer you a similar service.
2. Money back guaranteed for 30 days
It's ok to think! If for any reason you do not want the experience acquired, we will refund your money for 30 days from the date of purchase. Without asking questions!
3. You can change the experience for free whitin 90 days
Sometimes you fail to reach the target with the gift offered. We offer the possibility to you or your loved one, who received the gift, to change the experience within 90 days of the purchase. The difference in the amount will be settled by credit for another experience (if the new experience has a lower cost) or by the payment of the difference (if the experience has a higher cost).

Multumim pentru feedback si pentru ca ne-ati scris. Ne pare rau sa auzim de aceasta situatie, ne cerem scuze pentru ne placerile cauzate. Am contactat furnizorul experientei, i-am transmis cele scrise de dumneavoastra si am identificat problema.
Asa cum v-am conunicat si telefonic, funrnizorul, dintr-o eroare de comunicare interna, a omis prograsmarea facuta de noi pentru dumneavoastra, de aceea nu era nimeni la adresa atunci cand beneficiarii experientei s-au prezentat. In plus, cand l-ati contactat telefonic, a oferit infomrmatia (eronata) ca programarile se fac direct la el, neintelegand ca este vorba de o programare facuta pentru clientii expoerimenteaza. Programarile (rezervarile) pentru aceasta experienta se fac prin intermediul experimenteaza, asa cum scrie pe voucher si cum colega noastra l-a informat (corect) pe beneficiarul experientei.
Impreuna partenerii nostri am luat masuri astfel incat astfel de situatii sa fie evitate pe viitor.
