A quality specialty coffee needs 5 main elements, whose impeccable quality must be complementary:

• the farmer, who refines and perfects the coffee varieties
• the green coffee buyer, who tastes the coffee and recommends different varieties
• the roaster, who takes roasting to an art form
• the barista, who decides how to brew the coffee
• the customer, who takes the time to identify quality coffee

What will you learn at the barista workshop?

• Learning basic practical skills for the correct use of equipment
• Calibration of the grinder, extraction (extraction time, coffee quantity/grammage)
• Visual and sensory analysis of 2 coffee extractions (natural and washed processing)
• Main techniques of milk rubbing and milk preparations

Experience details:

• The workshop takes place in Bucharest, Mihai Eminescu area
• The duration of the workshop is 4 hours
• The experience includes theoretical and practical notions of coffee preparation and 1 bag of coffee of 250 gr, of your choice, from the coffees tasted
• The date and time will be determined at the appointment, depending on the registration
• A maximum of 3 people can participate in the experience
• Experience for one person
