The experience starts by relaxing your whole body in the steam bath of the hammam. It prepares the body for an invigorating exfoliation that will remove impurities and leave the skin clean and soft. Exfoliation will be done from head to toe with a gentle exfoliation of sweet almond oil, honey, matcha milk and kassa-glove alum salt.

The whole experience will be completed with a general Intuitive massage, comprising a combination of techniques that the therapist will choose especially for you, to relax the muscles and invigorate or relax the whole body, depending on your preferences.

• Wet sauna (20 min) + Exfoliation with sweet almond oil, honey, matcha milk and alum salt (10 min) + General Intuitive Massage (60min);

AROMATHERAPY & RELAXING MASSAGE - 75 min/pers

This experience is equally suitable for ladies and gentlemen. It contains a balanced combination of a general relaxation massage plus a Shiatsu scalp and face massage, which helps to release intracranial pressure and deeply relaxes the nervous system.

This package helps to release stress, de-stress and balance the whole body. The general relaxation massage is a gentle, light pressure, deeply relaxing massage that calms the mind and body, reducing emotional stress. 

Finally, aromatherapy will invigorate the senses and help clear the airways.

It is a 3 in 1 therapy as it deeply relaxes 3 sensory pathways, and in the hot volcanic rock massage, the warmth of the volcanic stones deeply relaxes the muscles so that muscle contractions can be relieved without feeling any uncomfortable pressure.

This ritual contributes greatly to improving sleep and combating stress, while also relieving the side effects of jet lag, if any.

The 3 steps to customising the experience:

1. For body exfoliation you can choose between a fruit scrub, a salt scrub or a chocolate scrub.

2. As a wrap, you can choose the honey wrap for deep hydration, the Slim wrap for an anti-cellulite effect, or the green tea wrap for a detoxifying effect.
