2. What are the advantages of purchasing an experience, compared to buying a material gift?

An extensive study, carried out by a well-known professor from Cornell University, reached an amazing conclusion: don't spend money on things, because the satisfaction offered by them lasts very little time. One of the greatest enemies of happiness is adaptation, says Professor Gilovich. The things we buy give us limited satisfaction, until we get used to having them or until we get to know something of a higher quality or functionality.

4. How do you find the right experience?

The easiest way to find the right experience using the category menu on the top left of the page or our experience configurator. The diversity of criteria guarantees that our suggestions will be customized to your budget, preferences and location. You can also search for experience by browsing our categories or entering a specific phrase in the search field. And if you are not sure which gift will be the most appropriate, you can always buy a Gift Card with a preset or personalized value, which the Beneficiary will be able to use to purchase any experience from our offer.

5. Why do the prices differ depending on the location?

The price difference depending on the location results from the different prices of the services in individual cities and from the differences in the details of the service (for example, different duration, different type of vehicles on which the service is performed).

6. The experience I'm buying is a gift - can I personalize it with a message?

Of course! Since we ourselves assume that a gift that has been given a personal note is more fun, we thought the voucher so that you can add your special message. We will ask you to enter its content in step 3 (Delivery method) of the purchase process.

7. I would like to buy a gift from the website, but I don't know what to choose.

If browsing the experiences by category and using our search engine will not help you in choosing a certain experience, we offer you several options:

  • You buy a Gift Card, i.e. a coupon for a certain amount. The person who will receive it will have complete freedom and will be able to use the Gift Card to purchase the experience they really dream of;
  • Use the experience configurator that helps you choose exactly what you want.

Contact us and we will be your accomplice in choosing the right experience, based on the description and details you will provide us. Some things only we know, we just do many of the experiences on our site.

8. Do I have to specify the date on which I want to perform the experience when I make the purchase?

The recipient (it can be you) will be able to set the date by himself according to his preferences. The voucher is valid for 12 months, so you will definitely be able to choose the correct date.

Also, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that, in the case of gifts, the implementation of which depends on the weather (for example, the flight by plane or balloon), the reservation does not offer a 100% guarantee of the performance in a given period.

9. Do I have to specify the recipient's name when making the purchase?

The gift voucher has a code that we use to identify the purchased service, so the recipient's name is not necessary.

10. Do I need the physical voucher to benefit from the experience?

The gift voucher is intended to create a physical memory of the gift offered. We will send the name of the beneficiary to the partner, after validating the voucher, and access will be based on the name at the partner's location.

11. How can I pay for experiences?

We offer several payment methods. You can choose from the following options:

  • Online payment by card (recommended, you instantly receive the electronic voucher with the desired experience);
  • Bank transfer (issuance of the electronic voucher takes longer and is done after payment confirmation).

12. Is there a price displayed on the voucher?

There are no prices displayed on the voucher, the purchase confirmation is only sent by e-mail to the address you provide in the order.

13. How will the voucher be delivered to me and how long will I have to wait for it?

The Experimenteaza Vouchers are sent electronically in the form of a PDF file, to the email address used when placing the order, within a maximum of 5 minutes from the completion of the order (24 hours / 7 days a week) as long as you choose to pay online with the card .

Remember that for orders where you choose to pay by bank transfer, the voucher will be issued after the payment is confirmed and may take 1-2 working days.

14. Looking for a last minute gift, can I be sure it will be delivered on time?

Of course! It is very simple. For those looking for a last minute gift, we have provided the option to send the voucher by email. After completing the purchase form, select the "Electronic Voucher" delivery option and you will have the voucher in 5 minutes after completing the purchase process if you pay online with your card.

15. I received a gift voucher. How do I reserve it?

First of all, congratulations on the inspired gift!

Please send us the voucher code and the experience on it by email to contact@experimenteaza.ro, along with your date and time preferences (at least 2 alternative dates). In a maximum of two working days, we will check the availability of the data with our partner and we will contact you to confirm if the date you provided is available. If there is no availability, we will send you other options.

After setting the date, you will receive the final confirmation of the implementation of the gift to the e-mail address provided. We will also send you a reminder the day before, to make sure you don't forget the appointment.

16. Can I reschedule the experience?

Yes, if you do it at least 24 working hours before the appointment date. If the rescheduling is requested in a shorter period, outside the schedule or on non-working days, it is possible to request a penalty. Remember that you can only change the date 2 times!

17. What happens if the appointment is canceled due to bad weather or insufficient number of participants?

Nothing is lost! If the appointment is canceled due to weather conditions, we will get back to you to make a new appointment. If the deadline is canceled due to insufficient number of participants, we will establish a new deadline with you. The validity of the voucher is 12 months, during this time you will surely find a convenient date to benefit from the experience.

18. Does my voucher have an expiry date?

Yes. The expiration date is 12 months from the date of purchase, mentioned on the gift voucher. After the expiry of the date specified on the voucher, it is not possible to complete the experience. In accordance with our terms and conditions, it is necessary to contact us no later than 30 days before the expiration date or the end of the implementation season of the respective experience.

19. Can I return the purchased experience?

Of course. If the purchased experience does not meet your expectations, you will be able to return it within 30 days of receipt and we will refund your money. Detailed rules regarding returns are described in our regulations. Remember that the return request can only be initiated by the person who ordered the experience.

20. I lost my voucher. Can I get a duplicate?

Of course. We will issue you a duplicate. Contact us at contact@experimenteaza.ro. The duplicate can only be requested by the person who ordered the experience.
