Yoga and couple massage - an experience of relaxation

Experience yoga for two and Yumeiho couples massage, a relaxing experience.

Shakti Centre is our partner in this initiative and proposes to introduce in your program an hour of yoga in couple, through which you can successfully combat the negative effects of stress and fatigue, inducing a state of inner peace.

Yoga helps you to feel more energized, calmer, more at peace with your surroundings and helps you to face the challenges of everyday life. In the yoga session, through physical exercises, called asanas, performed during the hour, the body balances itself. By concentrating on the physical exercises, the mind relaxes and frees itself from stress. Through controlled breathing and meditation, both the body and the mind will develop so that they function as a harmonious whole.

After an hour of yoga in couple, we suggest a massage, which will relax even the most tense muscle in your body. Some treatments are simply for relaxation, others are for treating problems you may have, but this depends on the individual person. For starters, we'll play it safe with a 90-minute Yumeiho postural massage.
