Maniac
Once upon a time...there were two brothers, very intelligent, but strange...Since childhood they are inseparable, withdrawn from the rest of the world. They only play together, and their games are not ordinary. They are eager for knowledge.
As they grow up, they become obsessed with the question "what if...? In their search for answers by any means, their sense of right and wrong begins to fade. The questions become more and more bizarre, their experiments are pushed to extreme limits, without thinking of the consequences. One with an inclination towards science, the other obsessed with life and death, yet physically and mentally alike, end up turning everything into a competition between them.
With their quirky humour, they call themselves Brainiac and Maniac.
Their competition reaches a new climax when they set out to answer questions about human nature. "What will happen if you kidnap people, sedate them and they wake up in an unknown place? From which they apparently can't get out? But what if those people know each other, are friends? What if they know they're being watched, studied, from the first moment?"
Everyone builds their own prison and their own list of questions. Maniac's list is long. He wants to know, among many others, "What if they wake up blindfolded? And their hands? And the escape is against the clock? And the punishment for failure is as frightening as the place itself? What if they depend on each other and have to choose who to help?"
