We come to the sweet lovers with a unique workshop, where they can create a fresh product, made from carefully chosen ingredients.

How does it work?

Guests are prepared with laboratory equipment

• Followed by a short discussion about the history of marshmallow, the lab and the activity 
• Actual start of the workshop, presentation of the tools and the working process
• Assistance throughout the preparation of a marshmallow: assembly, cutting fruit, decoration, etc.
• Bonus: Laying marshmallow kisses that we put in the oven and that are ready to be picked up the next day from the location 15 minutes walk from Piata Victoriei metro station

What does the experience include?

• A 3-step marshmallow cake kit with a marshmallow petal
• A premix of vanilla cream and berries
• Decor of topping type hazelnut, chocolate, caramel, almond, pistachio
• Utensils: tel, knives, pos
• Marshmallow cone + marshmallow plaque on which participants will write various personalised messages

How does it work?

The marshmallow and the moulds that the trainees will prepare at the workshop will be put in the oven, with a baking time of 3 hours, with the possibility of picking up the products on the 2nd day from the location 15 minutes walk from Piata Victoriei metro station.

The name of each trainee will be written on the right side of the product and will delimit the space of each trainee
